That’s right – you can now settle yourself in the 19th-century Western United States. The hex map popularized in Settlers of Catan games is now available in Settlers of America: Trails to Rails.

Here’s what the publisher, Mayfair Games, has to say: “Players collect and trade resources, in order to purchase, migrate and build settlements, forge railroads and acquire locomotives. Railroads are used to distribute goods to the interconnected cities. As westward locations are settled, old sources of resources deplete. The addition of gold adds to the depth of play and increases options for the players.”

Or come see for yourself! Eureka now has ten copies available in store. We may even play it at tonight’s game night at the Devotion School library.
